-Please anticipate bringing your own table cloth and accessories for your booth. IE.. extensions cords, surge protectors, banners.
-Extra table rental at the time of the event will be $60.00.

-Please check in at the registration desk (south east corner of the building) at the time of arrival. You will be given your credentials for the week.
-Lost credentials may be replaced for $50.00
-Wireless will be available. You will most likely be given a password to use during the event. This password will no longer work after Sunday, December 2nd.
-Please be discreet when bringing food into the building. (Patrons will not be allowed to bring coolers etc... ) Do bring whatever you need to be comfortable.
-The places you are located are not very cold. Sitting there in the AMs may be chilly. Layer. The weather can vary this time of year. Please contact Shelley Marshall with any questions or concerns. Shelley will also have hotel information for approved vendors. skatershelley@hotmail.com
